We accept the following forms of payment: Mercadopago Credit card in up to 3 interest-free installments, bank slip expiring in 3 business days and PIX. The Allglory website is protected by an SSL certificate. Any personal information you enter on our website will be encrypted and your data will be protected. All credit card payments are made in a completely secure environment via the Mercadopago payment gateway. The Allglory website does not store any customer payment details.

Cancellation

To cancel an order that has already been shipped, contact us as soon as possible by email atendimento@allglory.com.br and refuse delivery of the order. To cancel orders with payment made but not sent, contact us by email atendimento@allglory.com.br requesting the order cancellation.

Stock

It may happen that some product listed on the website is not available in stock. In this case, if the customer has already paid for the product, we will contact you and you will have the option of exchanging it for another product or refunding the payment.

Shipping and Deadlines

Your order is sent via CORREIOS throughout Brazil. Shipping time is up to 3 business days after payment. The Correios delivery services that you can choose from are: PAC: The delivery time is 3 to 15 working days after posting. SEDEX: Delivery time is 1 to 5 business days after posting. These are the deadlines informed by the Post Office. If delays occur, the Post Office will be responsible and any claim or doubt may be made by the buyer directly with the Post Office. Exchanges and Returns

The consumer may withdraw from the purchase within 7 calendar days after receiving the product.

The product must be returned without signs of use or washing and with all tags.

To request a return, send an email to atendimento@allglory.com.br , and we will respond within 48 hours.

Costs — Defective product, regret or incorrect shipping, all shipping costs are at our expense.

Exchange The customer can request an exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving the product. Just send an email to atendimento@allglory.com.br , and we will respond within 48 hours.

The product must be returned without signs of use or washing with all tags. All products undergo analysis when they arrive at us. The exchange must be for the same product, but if it is no longer available in stock, the exchange can be for another product of the same value, worth purchasing or returning the product. Products purchased through in-store promotions must be exchanged for the same product or a purchase voucher proportional to the promotional value. Only one exchange per order is possible, and you can exchange 1 or all of the same order.

Costs — The first exchange on the website, the shipping cost is borne by the customer and re-shipping is borne by us. Second exchange of the same product costs are borne by the customer. Defective product, regret or wrong shipping, all shipping costs are at our expense. If it is not the first exchange, the shipping and resending costs for the new order are borne by the customer.
